The Cholesterol Lie – The Controversy

If you have been following previous posts, you know that I have been providing you with information about heart disease and how high levels of LDL cholesterol, in particular, are reported to contribute to heart disease. The reason it caught my eye is because my dad has angina, has gone for stress tests that come back normal, and he has normal blood pressure and cholesterol, yet his doctor placed him on cholesterol medications for preventative measures.  Reading this e-book is an eye-opener and I thought you also deserved to know about it.
